pBar is a quick and easy-to-use task manager, which offers many convenient shortcuts.
This program modifies your button to close (“X”). Short pressing can close the running program, and the menu appears with additional options and list of running applications when you press again.
You can also add shortcuts to activate frequently used programs in pBar menu.
