Mp3 Ringtone Editor app allows you to edit mp3-files directly from the phone.
Just select your desired part of the track, click save and select the type: Ringtone, Notification, Alarms, or Music. The savings of this action goes to the proper folder on your memory card: / sdcard / media / audio / ringtones (notification or alarms).
It is very comfortable! There is no need to use a guide that would move the file into the folder.
